The first step in this direction at all company enterprises without exception was wage increase, revision of wage system with enhancing of the role of economic component and a greater number of non-material motivation tools.
The world’s well-established system of holding management and staff social partnership has been adopted at all the company enterprises. Today, labor, social, economic and professional relations are regulated by labor contracts, providing for social security guarantees both for the present-day personnel and the retied of the enterprises. Preserving the traditions of respect and care for senior citizens, the holding enterprises aim at enhancement of the retired staff wellness. By forming of additional non-state pension using the funds of enterprise personnel and employers UMMC realizes the program of non-state pension provision.
The members of pension fund “UGMK-Perspektiva” are about 60 ths. people and 3,5 ths. of them draw additional pension.
Since May, 2005 all II World War veterans –former employees of UMMC enterprises – are paid monthly life non-state pension. Today it equals 1000 ths. rur. per month.
The company has developed its own housing program meant for construction of dwellings using the funds of UMMC enterprises and providing it to the personnel on favorable installment terms.
