“Jointly” program of UMMC social responsibility is started in Sverdlovsk region in spring of 2004. It includes the company liabilities in economical and social policy, labor and environment protection and also in help to municipal units. Accounting of interests of Sverdlovsk region, UMMC enterprises and cities of their location is the main principle of this program.
It is significant that all volume of social liabilities meets proper economic basis. The program is considered for nearest five years and during this period each social project is tightly connected with investment strategy of development of holding’s companies located in Sverdlovsk region. It will allow the company to provide extra work places, to guaranty continuous wage increase and also to pay taxes timely and in corpore.
UMMC is going to spend about 3.5 bln roubles for implementation of different social projects in cities of Sverdlovsk region.
Currently the holding carries work on adoption of social responsibility programs for other territories.
