Care of workers health is priority direction of UMMC social policy. All enterprises of the company have medicine centers and part of large enterprises has hospitals. Position of Assistant on medicine of General Director of OOO “UMMC-Holding” is introduced for medicine centers coordination and control.
Medical program that allow significant decrease of occupational disease risk and increase of economical efficiency of UMMC enterprises workers medical care has been developed and implemented in the company. This program provides the funds for preventoriums, medical centers, dentistry maintenance; for sanatorium-and-spa treatment; for periodic medical examinations and vaccinations; for moneyed assistance at treatment in special patient care institutions. |
