Quality Control System at the UMMC enterprises
UMMC is focused on the production to be competitive and cost to be reduced. We realize that to reach these goals means to meet customers’ demands in respect of good’s quality. Diversified demand requires high-level of quality, up-grading of technological processes, and continuous perfection of Company’s activity. Effective quality control system underlies permanent development of the UMMC. Some factories being in structure of the UMMC have invented quality management approved by certificate bodies as complied with requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

Production depends on the customers, therefore we must be aware of current and future demands, quickly respond to the clients’ needs and do our best to overtop their anticipations.

Personnel plays a significant role in the Company’s activity and have to be involved into the process largely in order to facilitate people to show and apply their skills and strengths to reach financial stability of business.
Personnel Training
The more people are trained the higher level of qualification and competence can they apply at their working places.
Sourcing within the Company
Factories within the Company perform as supplier and consumer in the same time and are responsible for their products quality.
Mutual cooperation with suppliers
UMMC enterprises have reliable relations with suppliers of raw materials, equipment and services.
