Victor N. Olyunin
 Victor Olyunin was born on June,28 1952 in Krasnoufimsk district, Sverdlovsk region.
In 1974 he graduated from the Sverlovsk State Pedagogical Institute and the High Komsomol School in Moscow.
He started his career as a teacher of English in Verkhnyaya Pyshma boarding school.
From 1975 till 1977 he was a Secretary of the Verkhnyaya Pyshma LYCLSU Committee. Later he occupied various positions in Sverdlovsk Regional Committee LYCLSU, Executive Committee of Sverdlovsk Soviet of People’s Deputies, Culture Administration of Ekaterinburg City Government. From 1994 till 1997 he was appointed as Director of Engineering Centre (Ekaterinburg).
In 1997 Victor Olyunin took up his duties as personnel director in AOOT “Uralelectromed”. Since July, 2002 he has been personnel director of OOO “UMMC-Holding”.
Victor Olyunin has been awarded Honorary Badge of the Central Committee of LYCLSU “For intensive Komsomol activity” (1983) and Medal “For prominent merits” (2002). He has a title “Honorable Metallurgist”.
