Vladimir A. Beloglazov
 Vladimir Beloglazov was born on November,24 1954 in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Sverdlovsk region.
In 1979 he graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute (metal physics).
From 1979 till 2000 he was engaged in research activity in UPI where he traveled all the way from junior research assistant of interuniversity laboratory to associate professor and director of research and development centre of energy saving and automation of UPI.
From March, 2000 till April,2001 he was Deputy Minister of Metallurgy of Sverdlovsk region.
In 2001-2002 he worked for OAO “Uralelectromed” as director on general matters. Since July, 2002 Vladimir Beloglazov has been Director on general matters of UMMC-Holding Corp.
He is a Doctor of Science.
