Oleg F. Melyukhov
 Oleg Melyukhov was born on December, 9 1953 in Nevyansk, Sverdlovsk region.
From 1972 till 1977 he studied at the faculty of radiotechnics of Ural State Polytechnic Institute in the name of S.M. Kirov (“automated control systems”). From 1977 to 1979 he worked for the Institute as engineer of automated control systems sub-faculty.
From 1979 to 1982 he took post-graduate study at Ural Polytechnic Institute and upheld a thesis “Engineering Cybernetics and Communication Theory”.
In 1982 he took a degree of Doctor of Science.
From 1982 to 1995 he worked at Chair of automated systems of UPI (junior research assistant, head teacher, associate professor). In 1995/1996 he was engaged assenior manager on external affairs in AOZT “Companies registry maintenance”.
From 1996 to 2002 he was councilor general director of OAO “Uralelectromed”, councilor general director on stock market, director on corporate relations of OAO “Ural Mining & Metallurgical Company”. Since July, 2002 he has been appointed as director on corporate relations of OOO “UMMC-Holding”.
