Sergey A. Degtyarev
 Sergey Degtyarev was born on November, 20 1954 in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Sverdlovsk region.
In 1980 he graduated from Sverdlovsk Institute of National Economy (“finance and credit”)
From 1980 to 1994 he worked for Uralelectromed (economist, deputy head of financial department, head of financial department, chief accountant).
From 1994 to 1997 he was engaged in business corporations.
From 1997 till 2002 he was appointed as Head of financial department of Uralelectromed and chief accountant of OAO “UMMC”
Since 2002 he has been chief accountant of UMMC-Holding Corp.
Sergey Degtyarev has been awarded the medal “For merits before the Motherland” of II degree (2001).
