Mikhail I. Bochkarev
 Mikhail Bochkarev was born in October, 17 1935 in Saratov.
He graduated from Saratov College of Civil Engineering with honours (building technicial degree) as well as Saratov Highway Institute (1959) (civil engineer degree).
From 1959 to 1971 he occupied positions of senior foreman, chief of industrial site, chief engineer, Head of “Uralmedstroi” Company (Verkhnyaya Pyshma). From 1971 to 1975 he was deputy head on capital
From 1975 to 1996 he held a position of director on capital development and investments of Uralelectromed. From 1996 to 2001 he was director on general matters of AOOT “Uralelectromed”. At the same time in 1996 he was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of AOOT “Uralelectromed” and in 1999 as director on general matters of Ural Mining&Metallurgical Company.
Since 2001 he has been Councilor General Director of Ural Mining&Metallurgical Company and Chairman of the board of directors of OAO “Uralelectromed”.
Mikhail Bochkarev is Laureate of Council of Ministers’ prize (1978), Honored civil engineer of RSFSR (1984), Verkhnyaya Pyshma honorary citizen (1994). He has been awarded Red Banner of Labour (1977), the Order “Honours Sign” (1971), the Medal “For merits before the Motherland” of II degree (1999).
