I. Makhmudov was born on 5th of December, 1963 in Bukhara.
He has a good command of Arabian and English.
He graduated from the Tashkent State University.
After University he worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of USSR representing our country in the Middle East (Libya, Iraq).
In 1996 he was appointed as General Director of Gaisky Concentrator, the Ural leading copper ore mining company.
In 1999 Mr. Makhmudov jointly with partners founded Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company and took position of the Company's President.

A. Kozitsyn was born on 9th of June, 1960 in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Sverdlovsk region. He graduated grom the Sverdlovsk Mining and Metallurgical College and Metallurgy Faculty of Ural Technical University (UGTU-UPI). He was approved as Doctor of Economic Sciences.
In 1979 he started to work for “Uralelectromed” combine as an electrical mechanic and gradually reached the position of General Director of the Combine in 1995 and managed the Company till 2002.
Since 1999 Mr. Kozitsyn has been Director of Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company.
In 2002 he has been appointed as General Director of OOO “UMMC-Holding”, a managing company of UMMC.
Moreover Mr. Kozitsyn is President of Union of Metallurgical Companies within Sverdlovsk region, a member of Presidium of Russian Metallurgists Association, the Chairman of Committee on metallurgy of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RF.
Mr. Kozitsyn is also President of charitable fund “Children of Russia”, President of “UMMC” basketball club, Vice President of All-Russian Federation of Unarmed self-defence (Sambo), honorary freeman of Verkhnyaya Pyshma town. According to Decree of RF President he was awarded with Friendship Order (1999) for personal contribution to development of mining and metallurgical industry in Russia.
Andrey A. Kozitsyn is awarded with the Order of St. and most Orthodox Prince Daniel Alexandrovich of III degree, the Order of Sergius of Radonezh of III degree and the Order of Grand Prince St. Vladimir, Equal-to-the-Apls, of III degree for effective charity activity and great contribution to Church building.
In 2001 regenerated International Demidov’s Fund presented honorable sign “Akinfiy N. Demidov” to Andrey Kositzyn for his great contribution to Russian economy consolidation.
